Washed For Cars is no ordinary car wash; with over $1.5million dollars’ worth of technology and equipment on site & a desire to continually be the best at what we do, our customers can expect a retail like experience.
We’re looking for someone who has a natural gift (and love) for talking to customers and selling our services. An outgoing personality, the gift of the gab and the understanding of the joy a clean car brings are key things we’re looking for.
A day at Washed looks like:
Assisting with the set up/pack down of the greeting area.
Greeting customers and helping them at our entrance.
Upselling our products & services.
Assisting with loading customers and their cars on to our wash conveyor belt.
Follow a set daily/weekly schedule.
Keeping the entrance tidy.
You don’t need to have previous car wash experience, but there are a few prerequisites for the role:
Good personal presentation.
Can-do attitude.
Face to face customer service experience is essential.
Drivers license.
Most importantly, be a good person with a degree in common sense.
We’re ultimately looking for a good person with the right attitude who simply loves getting in and getting a job done.
The role is casual with flexibility around days and hours. We currently need to fill around 20 hours per week. We are open 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.

OUR PROCESS
Our recruitment process involves a quick phone call, a face to face interview and then a 2 hour trial. From there we run through a standard employment process that may include reference and fit for work checks, drivers license checks if that is required in your role and some online paperwork.
We have a structured induction and training process that goes through all of our standard documented procedures and training videos along with set on the job training and buddy shifts.
